Hi Malan all ok? I'm fine thanks, enjoying my holidays, maybe too much.. ;-) Well, unfortunately it didn't work out with going to Italy, paper stuff (passport etc.). Oh well, had a nice time around here. Specially the last week, as I had my second cousins around.. showed them my part of Switzerland... nice weather, relax, sleep in, walking... visiting... fun. :) What are you up to? Sorry I haven't written for a time... quite a few things happening.. well, I'm sorry to say I'm not doing my work experience in England after all.. so probably won't be able to meet up, except if I decide to go to England in August..? Well, first lot of exams went ok, passed. Just recently I had another lot.. I don't know yet how they went.. we'll see. Hope for the best... So you see, I am/was quite busy. I am quite busy and very rarely in here, so sorry for not replying for a while... yeah, busy with study and also private things... quite a lot happening at the moment, unbelievable.. everything at once... oh well... Well, if everything goes well and I find a place in London it would be for around June... winter is ok here, could be a bit more snow though.. oh well. How's everything there? spain is still on my agenda. hopefully in march. but nothings planned, i like to go with the flow (mostly coz of heavy workload as well). happy travelling :)

Hi my trip to Frankfurt was great, but short... so I would like to go again.. yeah, who knows, maybe I have money and time next July and we could meet up. In Frankfurt I liked the centre of the city/old town, even though I didn't see much of it... can't really say much more... I was at the book fair and at the conference more than anywhere else... that was good too though. Well, had a week of holidays now, but start school/studies again tomorrow.. quite a bit to do... Milan the hostels i used in Budapest were both good and the one i used in Venice was excellent if quite expensive.

summer it's agood period, expecially august, beacause all the touristic places are open, but all the people who usually live in the city are on holiday someplace else, so it's nice to go around town without the traffic!! I give you one particoular tip: if you want to go see "the last supper"(wich is amazing even if you're not a fan of the "da vinci code") you have to book your visit online, or you won't be able to get in!!

Hi, I am, indeed, always on the road for my job in the tourism sector here in Greece. If you come to Greece there are two islands you shouldn't miss,and these are Santorini and Myconos. The first is famous for it's unique landscape and the second for its party nights! There are many islands close to these two with great beaches and many things to see. I should also mention Ios, great great night life and always full of international tourists! Anthi

Hi, if you come to Greece you should not miss some of the islands, there are so many and very different that you could spend all your holidays just going on island hopping! Apart from that, make sure you spend some days in Athns as there are so many things to see and great life to experience! Cheers, Anthi

Oh, I am not sure yet, my plan is going to Argentina and travel from Buenos aires to Iguazu, that must be amazing to see those waterfalls, but my friend is now infected with a mexico-fiever:-)So, maybe centralamerica and go to Mexico...Not sure, not sure..We'll have the time to think about it, because we plan to next year..cheers Punk

Hi well, I've been to Italy a few times... we also have a sort of "holiday cottage" at the Como lake.. where exactly do you want to go? I like Italy.. friendly people, usually.. well, now I'm looking forward to Barcelona :) Hope nothing will get stolen.. :( Well, guess you have to save some money, if you want to visit all those places, even though they are quite cheap... (compared to Switzerland, at least :)). By the way I just had a course in Italian this year, so I think my Italian isn't bad.. :) incase you need help with that... saluti :)

italy was good, guys can be abit creepy, but im sure u wont find that an issue :P people are mainly friendly to you, just try and know basic italian as that will make it all easier for u! where about are u planning on gong? eyjpt is ment to be amazing... very jelous!! i think my next plans are to go to spain or brazil.. but im off to university and should hopefully be doin some travelign with my corse!

Hi Malan, no not this time. Ive been to Spain, France, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, and The Netherlands before and since I live in Ireland, I think Europe will be easier to do in a shorter stint when Im a bit older! The trip I have planned now is about 18 months long and is pretty far, so best to do it now when im still able!!! Aoife
